pLux-mCherry

The construct for Multicellular Analog Clock. This BBa_K1124211 contains positive feedback no tetR system. 

 pLac is only controlled by LuxR and AHL.
 mCherry is the red reporter protein for visualization of the excitation wave (gclock handh).

You can make the full construct of the Multicellular Analog Clock with BBa_K1124100. The excition wave of gene expression are generated on an agar plate and visualized for naked eyes.
