The construct for Multicellular Analog Clock. This BBa_K1124208 contains positive feedback no tetR system. 

 LuxI and LuxR forms the positive feedback loop of AHL production.
 AiiA is the suppressor for negative feedback loops.
 mCherry is the red reporter protein for visualization of the excitation wave (gclock handh).
 pLac is only controlled by LuxR and AHL

You can make the full construct of the Multicellular Analog Clock with BBa_K1124100. The excition wave of gene expression are generated on an agar plate and visualized for naked eyes.
