The construct for Multicellular Analog Clock.This BBa_K1124200 is apart of the full clock which lacks sRNA,amilGFP,UV system. 

LuxI and LuxR forms the positive feedback loop of AHL production.
TetR and AiiA are the suppressors for negative feedback loops.
mCherry is the red reporter protein for visualization of the excitation wave (gclock handh).

You can make the full construct of the Multicellular Analog Clock with BBa_K1124100. The excition wave of gene expression are generated on an agar plate and visualized for naked eyes.
