Pulse generator part 3

This final construction consist of two independent units:

  • mRFP under a Hybrid pomoter (HSL-LuxR activated, P22 C2 repressed)
  • luxr generator under a constitutive promoter


Usage and Biology

This is a composite part used in our model to generate an incoherent feedforward.
