pGAL1+ Flag + odr-10 + GFP + ADH1 Te
BBa_K1072013 is protein generator of odr-10;
BBa_K1072013 encodes a diacetyl-sensing G-protein coupled receptor, 7-transmembrane receptors, which can be functionally expressed in S. cerevisiae. We add Flag tag in C-terminal and link GFP coding region in N-terminal.if cotransformed with BBa_K1072020 and stimulated by diacetyl, Odr10 will locate at the plasma membrane figure1,2 and activated the MAPK pathway.

This part is an improvement of BBa_K211002 and BBa_K775003 made by 2009 Hongkong university and 2012 TU delft team, respectively. Not flanked by the N- and C- terminals of the rat OR RI7 and a Flag tag and GFP have been insteaded.
