GFAP+GFP+HlyA device

GFAP gene is glial fibrillary acidic protein. The GFAP gene has site of phosphorylated STAT3 to bind. When STAT3 bind to promoter (GFAP gene), GFAP gene become active and produces GFP＋HlyA(BBa_K1069004).
