GFP-LVA under RNA guardian control
This device consists of a GFP with LVA tag under the control of B0035. At the 3’-UTR and 5’-UTR of the part , we add part K1059004 and K1509001 to stabilize its mRNA to improve the expression of the gene. The end of the gene is terminator B0015.
