K1051002 (non stop codon EYFP + K1051006 (Stop codon +TBY-1 terminator)

  • Yeast terminator TBY-1 joint with red flourescent protein. After added with 23 suffix and preffix, this composite biobricks can be joint with other coding gene sequence in our project. Thus it would be a reporter showing enhanced yellow flourescent,also as a terminator which can stop the transcription.
