  • Yeast terminator SSV7 joint with red flourescent protein. After added with 23 suffix and preffix, this composite biobricks can be joint with other coding gene sequence in our project. Thus it would be a reporter showing enhanced cyan flourescent,also as a terminator which can stop the transcription.
