Km-Blunt end
This is what connected the blunt end to cohesive end of pSB1C3. It is used when we want to insert a new part into plasmid backbone.
To make a new part with blunt end is easier than to make it with cohrsive end. Therefore, we made BBa_K1015013 which has restriction endonuclease recognition site of blunt end. It is cut by NruⅠ.
Also this includes a gene which has resistance to kanamycin. It works as an antibiotic resistance marker to select colonies of E.coli which succeeded.
In our project, we insert parts which we connect blunt end to between this plasmid.
