pLas' Testing Construct D

This part contains a constitutively active promoter, rbs, LuxR coding region, and LasR coding region followed by the pLas' promoter and GFP. K091151 generates both LasR and LuxR to test crosstalk and competitive binding with the pLas' promoter in the presence of AI-1 and PAI-1.
