6his part for use with BioScaffold parts ATG-6his-GGATCC (glycine serine)

This 6 His prefix tag can be used with BBa_J70010 (PpiI) and BBa_J70012 (PsrI) in fusing a 6 his tag to the N-terminus of a protein. This part is still in testing. During the BioScaffold part excision, it should be placed in pSB2K4.

Currently it is suggested that you either make this part as a fresh oligo every time or keep in a vector and add new parts to that vector with standard assembly.

Oligos needed for annealing the part and placing it into a EcoRI/SpeI cut vector (such as pSB2K4 that already contains J70010 or J70012):
