Cell-See-Us Bacterial Thermometer

The bacteria will produce different ratios of GFP and mRFP in response to temperature sensitive LacI (LacI ts). At high temperatures, mostly mRFP will be produced and will fluoresce red. As the temperature decreases, more and more GFP is produced relative to mRFP so the overall fluorescence will shift to green.
