Half Adder (HA), 2x PoPS input, 2x PoPS output

This part will model a half adder, i.e., a gene circuit with two inputs and two outputs. The half adder system can add the two input signals, interpreted as binary values. The output signals give the sum of the discretized input signals. The half adder itself consists - as its electronic counterpart - of an AND gate (BBa_J34100) and an XOR gate (BBa_J34200).
