spac promoter with lacI

This is the spac promoter, a hybrid of a Bacillus subtilis phage promoter with the operator sequence of the E. coli lac promoter, along with the repressor-encoding gene lacI. Genes added after this should be inducible with IPTG in either E. coli or B. subtilis.
