GFP coding device

This is a twin of BBa_J04430. The Registry is using the assembly of this part as a control in robotic assembly. We can assemble it and use the results as an indication of whether or not our assembly was successful. Since the resulting colonies should be green under UV light, we can quantitate the success rate of the assembly.

Contains IPTG inducible promoter, an RBS, GFP (no LVA tag), and a terminator.
