Ammeline Fitness Module with Riboswitch M6 prime + ThyA

The P5 promoter drives a riboswitch (M6 prime from http://www.pnas.org/content/early/2010/01/21/0911209107) that allows tranlsation in the presence of ammeline (made by demethylation of melamine) of a ThyA (thymidylate synthase) fitness gene.
