tetA+sacB without RBS
Fusion protein of tetA and sacB connected with a linker sequence, with a pBAD promotor. TetA encodes tetracycline resistance and sacB kills E. coli in the presence of sucrose, allowing for both positive and negative selection. RBS was deleted in template. Fixed version of part is J100286. pBAD is an arabinose-inducible promoter.
