repClone with P5 Promoter

We created this part as an intermediate step in the development of repClone. It will be used to test the functionality of mutations in repClone. We used Golden Gate Assembly to insert the P5 promoter into repClone (J100205). This would allow us to determine whether potential mutations in the RFP coding region of repClone prevent RFP expression, or if the cells will still turn red. It can also be used to test the TetR operon, if TetR is produced and binds indiscriminately to P5 as it would bind to the Ptet promoter.
