4-State Device

The [http://parts2.mit.edu/wiki/index.php/4-State_Device 4-State Device] is a toggle switch that sequenctially progresses throuh 4 states with alternating inputs from Pr and Prm. It can be used to function in a counter. The interface promotors from the EPD are included.
