Feruloyl-CoA hydratase for vanillin biosynthesis
One of two steps in the bioconversion of ferulic acid to vanillin. The enzyme is from Pseudomonas fluorescens and it does work with E. coli. It requires both ech and fcs for vanillin biosynthesis.
