YopJ-EE under strong constitutive promotor

This device will express YopJ, a pathogen derived irreversible inhibitor (acetylase) of MapKK Ste7 under the pAdh promotor. The effector protein is fused to an EE leucine zipper and will be recruited to elements possessing a matching RR zipper. The effector is fused mCherry (RFP) on the N terminal.
