Device Characterisation
Cambridge iGEM Team 2009
This device was tested for varying concentrations of arabinose, with 9 repeats. The maximum normalised GFP rate was compared to that produced by the standard promoter device, J69591.
Characteristic | Value |
---|---|
Increase in Transcription Rate | 0.50 RPU |
Basal Transcription Rate | 0.03 RPU |
Half Maximal Induction | 4.00 μM Arabinose |
Hill Coefficient | 2.4 |
