This part codes for the XylR transcriptional regulator that binds to xylose isomer xylulose and subsequently promotes the xylose operon. This particular part includes the natural promoter, the natural RBS, and the natural terminator without biobrick scars (wildtype sequence) in the 'left' direction. It is meant to be used for internal testing purposes only as it is not built from individiual parts.
