CDS PHO80 mutated

PHO80 is a cyclin, negatively regulates phosphate metabolism; the complex Pho80p-Pho85p (cyclin-CDK complex) phosphorylates Pho4p. In our project PHO80 inhibits PHO4 activation by creating the complex Pho80p-Pho85p.
