AraBp->rpoN
AraB promoter driving rpoN. The operon is on pSB1A2 with Amp resistance. AraB promoter is repressed by AraC, but upon the addition of arabinose, (AraC+arabinose) activates the promoter. Thus rpoN should be expressed only in the presence of arabinose.
