CCR5 transmembrane receptor with Myc tag and without cytosolic domain

Human CCR5 transmembrane receptor is a chemokine receptor which plays cruical role in HIV infection. This version of CCR5 is shortened for 50 AK from C-terminus, therefore is without cytosolic domain. Myc tag is fused to the N-terminal of this protein.
