Natural LuxR/HSL Reg Promoter (Lux pL+Lux pR)

Taken from the natural system, it contains both Lux pL and Lux pR. Lux pL promotes transcription in the reverse direction and Lux pR promotes forward transcription. Contains a single base alteration at -17, what should be a T was changed to an A. It is 2 nucleotides after the "-10" region, and therefore should have a minimal overall effect on functionality.

Usage and Biology

From V. Fisheri. Promotes forward and reverse transcription under the regulation of HSL-bound LuxR. Forward trancription is activated whereas reverse transcription is repressed.
