E. coli his operon terminator

Bidirectional terminator derived from E. coli his operon. This part is a twin of BBa_B0053.

Usage and Biology

This terminator is used as a downstream terminator in the pSB**3 series of plasmids. However, it's termination efficiency has never been characterized. However, as it exists in each of the pSB**3 plasmids, it has a 2 bp deletion that occurred during it synthesis via primer annealing and extension.
