Design Notes

BBa_K818100 is a biobrick of Bacillus subtilis regulator that reacts to rotten meat volatiles, so this construct would work best in B. subtilis therefore, a supporting backbone is needed.

Design Notes Regarding Cloning Strategy

The suffix restriction site is PstI - SpeI instead of SpeI - PstI. This is important regarding cloning strategy.
