synthetic RBS to maximize translation of mKate2

No high strength RBS' are readily available for Pseudomonas fluorescens. To achive high protein expression the Salis-lab RBS calculator was used for prediction of possible RBS sequences with high translation rate.

The RBS has a predicted translation initiation rate of 516487.12 [au] and is predicted to be stable with a specific decay rate of 4.873.
