SrpR codon optimised S. cerevisae

SrpR is a repressor usually only used in E. coli. This part is codon optimized for S. cerevisae expression to be used in repression systems in a S. cerevisae chassis.

this part does not entail a stop codon as for our usecase we needed to fuse the protein together with a SV40-NLS Tag (see part BBa_K4706021 for more details)
