Applications of BBa_K3239011

This construct is designed to appropriately up-regulate the AOX1 promoter (pAOX1) activity in P. pastoris GS115 at a high yet tolerable. Both sub-parts are to be homologously reintegrated into the P. pastoris GS115 strain.

User Reviews

We labeled our strains containing this construct pGMP1-pAPM1-PAOX1-GFP. We just acquired these strains and need to conduct more experiments to draw more conclusive results. Our modeling, however, has demonstrated that this construct should very strongly upregulate PAOX1 activity.
