Milk-derived antihypertensive tripeptide(IPP)

Food-derived antihypertensive peptide, which is a highly active hypotensive peptide. The sequence has been optimized for lactic acid bacteria. It is a small molecule bioactive peptide that is difficult to directly biosynthesize. Therefore, the fusion expression strategy is currently used.
