Usage and Biology

The lldD is L-Lactate dehydrogenase. It cleaves L-lactate to Pyruvate, thus regulates the activity of O1-P-O2 (the lldPRD regulatory sequence), which has been used by us to detect lactate in the cancer cell micro-environment.
