IPTG inducible LipA

This BioBrick is a composite device that takes an input of IPTG and gives an output of LipA protein LipA is a commonly found lipolytic enzyme found and secreted by B.subtilis. This enzyme has been used for a number of years by biotechnology for the production of soaps.
