Mutated endolysin specific for Acinetobacter baumannii.

This biobrick includes the coding sequence for a mutated version (PlyAB1) of lysAB2 which specifically targets Acinetobacter baumannii. This protein was mutated in 5 aminoacids to promote its specific binding to the baumannii species.
