Design Notes

The part must produce a DNA duplex from a DNA sequence, which requires restriction digest and cleanup.

The design of this piece produces a cytosine-mismatched, silver-intercalating, DNA-based nanowires. As such, the use of restriction sites and pre-designed primers were incorporated. These factors and their respective functionalities are documented on the main page.

Source

This part is entirely synthetic.
