A15 adaptamer

A15 is a single-piece adaptamer which which can physically link together the proteins thrombin and streptavidin. The thrombin aptamer sequence used was first reported by Bock et al. in 1992. The streptavidin aptamer sequence used was first reported by Bittker et al. in 2002.
