Adds another BioBrick site

Contains both a BbsI and a BstXI restriction site. When cut with both enzymes, it leaves an EcoRI and a PstI site.

Usage and Biology

Incubating BstXI at 37 C produces 50% activity (NEB). Either do a long incubation at 37 C or do a two-step incubation at 37 C, then 55 C.
