Actin Targeting Protein

The actin targeting protein, ABP1/YCR088W, maintains the actin cytoskeleton. C-terminally fusing a protein of interest to ABP1 will localize it to the actin. This gene was PCR'd from of the S. cerevisiae yeast genome.
