T7 terminator

  • The T7 terminator is a sequence that signals the end of transcription in T7 RNA polymerase systems. It ensures precise termination, allowing for the efficient production of RNA or proteins by preventing read-through into downstream sequences. This is crucial for high-yield expression in recombinant systems. We used the T7 terminator in constructing many of our new expression cassettes to efficiently terminate expression.
