rrnB T1/T2 terminator for Bacillus subtillis

  • The rrnB terminator is commonly used to terminate transcription, functioning through both rho-dependent and rho-independent mechanisms. It effectively halts transcription and prevents unwanted readthrough events. For our project, we adapted the BBa_K4604003 part specifically for use in Bacillus subtilis, optimizing its performance in this organism to ensure proper transcription termination and regulatory control.
