S.pyogenes terminator-terminator sequence

  • S.pyogenes terminator is a terminator sequence derived from Streptococcus pyogenes. When this terminator sequence is added to the 3' end of the sgRNA during the construction of the sgRNA, it can ensure the stable expression of the sgRNA and prevent its further degradation within the cell.
