hsa-mir-99b_Target

hsa-mir-99b_Target(BBa_K5086000) is a single-stranded RNA sequence with 22 nucleotides, which is derived from mature hsa-mir-99b-5p and is complementarily paired with the 3' end of the hsa-mir-99b_S and hsa-mir-99b_S1 sequences. Calculations showed that the correlation coefficient between its expression and the prevalence of ovarian cancer amounted to 0.7775, which ranked first among the correlates of ovarian cancer. Validated by machine learning and expression profiling, this sequence can be used as an effective target for ovarian cancer diagnosis in stem experiments. hsa-mir-99b belongs to the mir-99 family, which can act as both oncogenic miRNAs and tumor suppressor miRNAs in different cellular environments, and has a wide range of functions, including the regulation of gene expression, the control of the cell cycle, and the participation in the signaling pathway, etc., and especially plays an important role in the regulation of ovarian cancer. Therefore, the expression of hsa-mir-99b has a certain reference value for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer, proving that it can also be used as a target for ovarian cancer diagnosis in wet experiments. The function of this element in the platform:  target: binds to the probe as a target, and then the polymerase uses it as a primer to undergo a polymerase-mediated chain replacement reaction. The displaced H-chain then undergoes a subsequent chain displacement reaction to produce a fluorescent reporter. Self-enhancement: The H-strand will be replaced by the wt-strand under the polymerase-mediated replacement, and a single strand of DNA with the same sequence (U to T) as hsa-mir-99b_Target_1 will be replaced, repeating the first step of the polymerase-mediated strand replacement reaction to achieve self-enhancement of the signal.
