rrnB Terminator

  • The sequence of the rrnB terminator was obtained from the Chen et al. (2013) paper. It is the terminator of the gene that encodes the AD1.S5 RNA sequence. It was also integrated into the STAR 1-Plasmid System (BBa_K4850010), which was developed by the NUS-Singapore 2023 iGEM team.
