PA1897_EGFP_mutant

PA1897_EGFP is used for expressing antitoxin and EGFP upon the detection of AHL molecules. The expression of EGFP allows us to visibly observe whether the two modules have been successful. Mutant improves the expression of EGFP by knocking out Lac Operon, which results in a plasmid with no leaky expression of EGFP; the EGFP gene is fully regulated.
