This project adopts an AND gate circuit control system and this part is the DNA sequence of one of the control system. The AND gate control system in this project is mainly divided into two main control elements, one is a conditional control system composed of three trigger sequences, and the other is an expression system composed of a switch and target protein. In the absence of a conditional control system for expression, the switch connected to the target protein sequence will transcribe into RNA with a spiral ring structure, which blocks the ribosome binding site on the switch, resulting in the inability of the target protein to translate. When and only when all three trigger sequences are transcribed, they will combine to form a complete trigger all, which can complement and pair with the switch RNA, thereby opening the spiral ring and ensuring the successful translation of the target protein.
