mostcomm-Strep-17-LCI
Mostcomm-Strep-17-LCI is a construct containing our gene of interest, here "most common standard tag" BBa_K4744444 capable of binding lanthanites, a Strep-tag for purification and a 17x linker fused with an LCI anchor for immobilization on polystyrene.
This construct was expressed in our vector pET28a_mostcomm-Strep-17x-LCI.
