RNA guide mIGK

CRISPR guide RNA (gRNA), designed to target the mouse IGK locus, precisely the light chain kappa constant region (Lκ). When used with the CRISPR/Cas9 system, this guide sequence, 5'-TGGTGCAGCATCAGCCC^CTG(AGG)-3', ensures precise double-stranded break 3 bp upstream of the PAM recognition sequence (indicated in parentheses).
